Question of the Week

Dealing With Difficult Clients

A question has come up recently that inspired me to post a new Question.

Investigators: How do you deal with clients that you no longer desire to work with?
Enthusiast: How would you deal with the above question?

In the 10 years I’ve been investigating I’ve ran into a few clients that I have decided to break ties with. Why? Well for various reasons, but the top 3 are:

  1. Drugs
  2. Crazy
  3. Stubborn

Most active investigators probably know exactly what I’m talking about.

Do you simply ignore them/discard them? Do you give them an explanation? How do you deal with it or how WOULD you deal with it?

So I ask again,
Investigators: How do you deal with clients that you no longer desire to work with?
Enthusiast: How would you deal with the above question?
