Question Of The Week

We’re always testing out new ideas and features on Haunting Review, and lately have been kicking around the idea of a ‘Question Of The Week’ (QOTW) segment. We always value reader comments and ideas and want nothing more to create a community where thoughts are expressed freely and openly. And what better way to open a dialog and to get to know all of you by a friendly discussion*.

    • Care to expand?

Personally, I don’t really buy into the paranormal aspect of it. Granted, I haven’t had it happen to me in a situation where I had no other choice to to blame the paranormal.

I put it in the, ‘I’ll believe it when I see it’ category.

  • Well, during investigations, sometimes I will have fully charged batteries drain in minutes, yet that same battery holds charges for over an hour when not on investigations.

The environment has not changed so much as to blame it on the drain.

On the other hand, it is not proven that ghost exist, much less has the ability to drain batteries. Until more evidence is obtained, I will remain on the fence about this one.

  • I’m a little torn between this, as well. I’ve had devices that have lasted me hours with fresh batteries or a new charge go dead in minutes during an investigation. It happened just last night, actually, on my video camera.

But I will say that in my experience while it seems to happen more during investigations that nothing extraordinary has happened due to it. That or I missed the anomaly that it caused?
